ThinkHouse Collective is a membership-based community for several important reasons:
1. First and foremost, we are a privately owned, for-profit business. That means if we expect anyone to run a successful business out of ThinkHouse, we have a responsibility to our members to model success and be sustainable. So, yes, our memberships are structured to maximize our space, cover our costs and earn us some money so that we might be able to do this full time (i.e. quit our day jobs) as well as invest back into our business and make this place even better for our members.
2. You get the benefit of a space without all of the extra cost and liability — ThinkHouse takes that on for you. We have a lease and pay the utilities so that you don’t have to. This model allows you to start and run your business with lower risk and lower overhead so that you can be even more successful even sooner.
3. We want this place to be a community of successful independent agents, entrepreneurs and small business owners, and we feel that the simple act of paying to have access to that community automatically attaches value to that community and we hope it fosters a sense of ownership for our members.
Any other questions? Feel free to ask — we’re pretty transparent about why we do things the way we do. Otherwise, please check out our membership and pricing.
